New business launch · Altona, Victoria
From a business name
to a working business.
Altona Secure Storage began with a name and an ABN. setmeup. and BITS Melbourne built the connected digital, cloud, security and operational foundation needed to open professionally—and start generating enquiries.

The brief
Build every essential system
around the same business.
The customer was already known to us and approached the team about a new container-storage venture in Altona. At that point, Altona Secure Storage had a business name and ABN—but no domain, business email, cloud workspace, secure device environment, Google presence, website or system for managing its containers.
Treating each item as a separate purchase would have left the owner coordinating a registrar, web provider, Microsoft specialist, security company and marketing supplier. We planned the work as one launch so identity, access, customer enquiries and day-to-day operations connected cleanly from the beginning.
“The goal was not simply to put Altona Secure Storage online. It was to create the digital foundation the business needed to operate.”
What we delivered
Six connected parts.
One launch.
Domain & DNS
Business-controlled domain registration and the records needed for the website, email and verification.
Microsoft 365
A new tenant with professional email, Teams, OneDrive and the Microsoft Office applications.
Device security
Microsoft Entra join, secure policies, endpoint protection, filtering, password management and BitLocker.
Website & SEO
A conversion-focused website, enquiry pathway, optimised service pages and Search Console tracking.
Google presence
A verified Google Business Profile with accurate business details and profile photography.
Operations system
An aerially mapped booking and management system for container status, availability and customer contracts.
Identity, productivity and security
The internal systems were ready
before the workload arrived.
We purchased and configured the business domain, then created a Microsoft 365 tenancy with professional email addresses. Microsoft Teams and OneDrive became the main collaboration tools, while the Microsoft 365 licences gave the business access to Outlook, Word, Excel and 1 TB of OneDrive storage per licensed user.
The work laptop was joined to Microsoft Entra so it could be connected to the organisation rather than treated as an unmanaged personal device. With BITS Melbourne, the setup included secure policies, endpoint protection, email and DNS filtering, password management and full-disk encryption with BitLocker.
- Business-owned cloud environment
- Professional email and collaboration
- Managed identity and device controls
- Layered protection for accounts, browsing and data
Built around the operation
Aerial mapping became a
working management system.
Drone footage gave the team a clear top-down view of the Altona yard. That view became the foundation for a visual booking and management system where staff can identify individual containers, see availability and maintain the customer and contract details connected to each space.
This moved the project beyond a marketing website. The same launch also delivered a practical internal tool shaped around how the storage business actually operates.

Website, Google and measurable visibility
A lead-focused website
with evidence behind it.
We created a functional business website with clear service information, direct enquiry pathways and locally relevant SEO pages. The business's Google Business Profile was created and verified with accurate contact details, address information and profile photos. Google Search Console was configured to monitor indexing, search queries and page progress from launch.
The customer chose not to establish social media accounts. Even without social traffic, the early 28-day Search Console view recorded 1,150 impressions and 10 organic clicks, while the business also began receiving leads within its first month online. These are early indicators rather than a promise of future ranking or lead volume, but they show the value of making search visibility measurable from day one.

The outcome
A new business ready to
operate, protect and grow.
Altona Secure Storage moved from a name and ABN to a professional, searchable and secure operation with connected customer and internal systems. The project shows what becomes possible when the website is planned alongside the cloud, device, Google and operational requirements—not after them.
